Question № 1 . If I have no freight number, can I trace its location?
Answer. Yes, you can, having chosen in the personal account the menu item “Freight examination”, you will be given data concerning all your freight, being in the process of delivery.

Question № 2 . What is to be done if I can’t get into my personal account, in execution and compliance with all appropriate procedures?
Answer. You can restore your password for entry in the personal account by pressing reference “The password was forgotten?” You should indicate your account (login) or contact postal address, by which the manager has registered you on the site. In a minute you will get the answer by e-mail.
In case of arising other difficulties in working with the personal account you can also send e-mail to the information systems support service (1c@uls-global.com), indicating a particular problem. We will contact you by e-mail within an hour during working hours.

Question № 3 . How can I change login and password during registration?
Answer. During registration your password is entered, previously in the system the password is absent on default, and the account is not active. One can change the current password in choosing the menu item “my profile”. It is necessary to fill in the lines “new password” and “confirmation of new password”.

Question № 4 . Can I download information from my personal account?
Answer. At the present time such function is not realized. The information concerning the list of freight can be kept by means of web-browser or copied in the word processor through exchange buffer.
